  • 博士,正高级工程师
    1986年毕业于北京农业大学土壤与农业化学系,获农学学士学位,同年分配到中国科学院石家庄农业现代化研究所(现:农业资源研究中心)工作至今。2005年获中国农业大学植物营养学农学硕士学位,2011获中国科学院南京土壤研究所土壤学博士学位。1999年、2000年、2010年和2015年曾先后到澳大利亚墨尔本大学、荷兰瓦赫宁根大学和美国杰克逊州立大学开展合作研究。在国内外学术期刊发表论文70余篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者发表论文30余篇,参加编写学术论著2部;以第一完成人获授权发明专利和实用新型专利各2项;作为主要参与人获河北省科技进步一等奖(2013年)和二等奖(2009年)各一项,2015年获“河北省直三八红旗手”。
