Understanding the connections and trade-offs between different resources such as water, energy, land and environment is at the forefront of many current research projects.  The topic will present a novel dynamic tool, which shows the visualisation of linked resource futures by drawing a set of interconnected Sankey diagrams for energy, water and land. California is presented as a case-study.
